HOW DOES IT WORK?

Complete the Kirby Service Form or call us on 1300 811 212 to book your service.

 We’ll organise pick-up for your Kirby.

Once your Kirby arrives at our workshop, we’ll do all the hard work then return your Kirby to you with tracking. 

We’ll communicate with you every step of the way.

Terms & Conditions

Our Kirby Services include complimentary courier pick-up and delivery of your Kirby within the courier’s standard courier zone. If your pick-up location is outside the standard courier zone, an additional fee may apply. If an outside the standard courier zone fee applies, we will contact you before proceeding with the booking.  If you do not wish to proceed, we will refund you any money paid. In the event you have decided not to proceed with the service after your Kirby has been collected, you will be subject to collection charges. You will receive the service as outlined under the service package you purchased. For any additional part/s, an additional fee applies. We will contact you before proceeding with any additional work outside of the scope of the package you purchased.

Do you service Kirby’s Australia wide?

Yes, we do! We organise couriers to pick-up your Kirby and delivery it back to you for free if you’re within the standard courier zone. See our terms and conditions above.

If you’re outside of the standard courier zone, we still cover a portion of the freight fees but an additional fee will apply to you. We’ll always notify you and gain your consent before proceeding with the booking.

We understand if you don’t want to pay the additional fee due to being outside the zone, so we’ll happily issue a refund of any money paid.

Does the package include my Kirby model?

Yes, our listed packages cover all Kirby models.

Do I need to pay extra for freight?

As part of our service packages, we cover the cost of freight to pick-up your Kirby and deliver it back to you if you’re within the standard courier zone. See our Terms and Conditions above.

What is included in the service?

We believe communication and transparency is key. So we’ve listed everything that’s included in each service package above under the section “Our Services”. We may suggest additional parts or repairs that are outside the scope of these packages and therefore incur an additional cost. In any event, we will notify you and gain your consent before we proceed.

How long will the process take?

It usually takes up to 7 business days to return your Kirby from the time our couriers pick it up from your address. However, there may be unexpected delays which may extend beyond the 7 business days. We’ll always keep you in the loop!
